We accept refunds and exchanges

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time period before a refund is officially posted which varies based upon your bank's policies.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@reluff.ca

We will instruct you on the exchange protocol. 

 

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost shipments. 

 

If you are receiving an exchange, the time it will take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
